RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
REFUND ITEM
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@stingerwheels.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
GIFT EXCHANGES
- If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please contact us at info@stingerwheels.com for assistance.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
- If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us at info@stingerwheels.com for assistance.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
MARKED DOWN MERCHANDISE
- All sales are final on marked down merchandise. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items cannot be returned appearing worn/used, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, with animal hair, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
